①Please find another phone, laptop or tablet which support video output to cross-test the adapter. It can check if the hub itself can work properly;
② Upgrading the system may cause problems. You can roll back the graphics card driver test first. Please follow steps below:
1. Right-click "This Computer/Computer" and choose "Manage".
2. In Device Manager, select "Display Adapter'' and the graphics card model displayed in the drop-down list. Right-click the intel graphics card and choose ''Update Driver''.
3. Select "Browse my Computer for Drivers".
4. Select ''Let me select (L) from the list of available drivers on the computer''.
5. Select the appropriate driver and double-click the program to start the installation.
